we are excited to offer “You Buy, We send” service for our cherished customers who may live or work abroad, but who regularly buy items from European retailers. The service is applicable for personal shipments only. Commercial exporters should email enquiries to exports@europetoghana.com

Register with us and we will provide you with a forwarding address in the UK where you can have your purchases delivered along with a delivery reference.
When we have received all of your orders we will send you your shipping bill.
You pay and complete a simple form.

We ship your goods using the method you choose from our website.

UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS

Shipments are subject to restrictions,

Although some of them may appear harmless, yet they may change into dangerous under certain conditions of movement, checks, temperature, pressure, etc...

Other material  are considered as prohibited due to customs, insurance liability restrictions, violations of international conventions, legal restrictions, etc...

If the shipper breaches this restriction, and sends any of these material despite this, then all the liability will be relayed to the shipper who will be reported to the responsible authorities depending on the consequences and damages.

In an attempt to prevent potential disasters, then the shipments may be subject to checking and physical inspection.

Here is a list of items that are unacceptable to be shipped by express:

EXPLOSIVES (Class 1.3 explosives are not acceptable for carriage. In certain countries Class 1.4 explosives may be acceptable for carriage, Customer Service should be contacted prior to shipment for details), FIREWORKS AND OTHER ITEMS OF AN INCENDIARY OR FLAMMABLE NATURE;

HUMAN CORPSES, ORGANS OR BODY PARTS, HUMAN AND ANIMAL EMBRYOS, CREMATED OR DISINTERRED HUMAN REMAINS;

SHIPMENTS TO APO / FPO ADDRESSES;

CASH ON DELIVERY SHIPMENTS;

FIREARMS, WEAPONRY, AMMUNITION AND THEIR PARTS;

FOODSTUFFS, PERISHABLE FOOD ARTICLES AND BEVERAGES REQUIRING REFRIGERATION OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL;

PLANTS AND PLANT MATERIAL, INCLUDING SEEDS AND CUT FLOWERS (CUT FLOWERS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO CERTAIN DESTINATIONS, INFORMATION AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST);

LOTTERY TICKETS, GAMBLING DEVICES WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW;

PERISHABLES (OTHER THAN UNDER (7)) unless advance arrangements are made;

PORNOGRAPHY AND/OR OBSCENE MATERIAL;

SHIPMENTS BEING PROCESSED UNDER the following unless advance arrangements are made:

HAZARDOUS WASTE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, USED HYPODERMIC NEEDLES AND/OR SYRINGES OR MEDICAL WASTE;WET ICE (FROZEN WATER);

CARNETS (allow temporary import for display, etc. without duties);

DRAWBACK CLAIMS (requests for refunds of import duties at time of export);

TEMPORARY IMPORT BONDS (allow temporary import for repair, etc.);

Letters of Credit. Shipments subject to Letters of Credit are generally prohibited, with the exception of shipments subject to Letters of Credit calling for a "courier receipt," as defined by Article 25 of USP 600, shipped using the FedEx Expanded Service International Air Waybill;

LIVE ANIMALS AND INSECTS EXCEPT WHEN THE SHIPMENT IS COORDINATED AND APPROVED BY THE FEDEX LIVE ANIMAL DESK. CUSTOMERS CAN CONTACT FEDEX LOCALLY FOR MORE ASSISTANCE. HOUSEHOLD PETS AND LIVE FISH ARE NOT ACCEPTED;

SHIPMENTS THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO, OR DELAY OF, EQUIPMENT, PERSONNEL OR OTHER SHIPMENTS.
